Rene Izquierdo, a native from Cuba, graduated from the Guillermo Tomas, Amadeo Roldan Conservatory and Superior Institute of Art in Havana. In the United States, Mr. Izquierdo earned a Master of Music and an Artist Diploma degrees from the Yale University School of Music, where he studied with Benjamin Verdery. While at Yale he represented the university in an exchange program with the Conservatoire National de Musique et de Danse du Paris and worked with guitarists Olivie Chassain and Roland Dyens.
Widely admired for her technique and artistry, Armenian guitarist Gohar Vardanyan has performed throughout the United States for numerous guitar societies, universities, and arts organizations, including the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC, Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center, and guitar societies in Seattle, San Francisco, Houston, Miami, and New York City to name a few. She has appeared on National Public Radio in the United States and Radio Nacional in Argentina.
Since his concert debut at the age of 6, Celil has received high promised repetitions and accolades for his myriad accomplishments at an early age.
Carlo Marchione, born in 1964 in Rome, 1980-1992 winner of seven major prizes at international competitions for years has been the leading group of classical guitarists.In the course of his career he has been awarded many top prizes in International competitions.
Artistic director of 92nd Street Y’s Art of the Guitar series since 2006, chair of the guitar department at the Yale University School of Music and artistic director of the bi-annual Yale Guitar Extravaganza since 1985, Benjamin Verdery is hailed for his innovative and eclectic musical career.
Andrea Gonzalez Caballero is one of today´s most acclaimed young guitarists, a fact which her concert career corroborates. She gave her first concert at the age of eight and has since been performing regularly worldwide.
