(i)  Guarantee 1 – We stand by the quality of all GuitarsOnline products, and so all our new products are covered under warranty for defects in workmanship, for between 1 and 3 years (Alhambra is 3 years, other manufacturers are 1 year).

In the case of a defect, our first step is to evaluate the problem and if the defect is small, we will repair the guitar here locally.  With our Alhambra products, for more significant defects, we provide a replacement guarantee, where we will replace your defective item with a new item from our stock. 

The key here, though, is your 100% satisfaction - in the thousands of products that we've sold over the years, we have never had a warranty issue that we haven't been able to resolve with our customer. Our commitment to you, is that in the case of a defective product, we will work with you until you are 100% satisfied! 

(ii)  Guarantee 2 – if for any reason, you are not 100% happy with the guitar that you have chosen (or that has been purchased for you), you can return it and we will happily exchange it for another product from our range. that you feel is more suitable. (if there is a price difference, an additional charge may apply).
